For fragile or oversized items, shipments are handled directly by our team, not by a courier. This ensures that each item arrives in perfect condition at its destination. Shipments within the Metropolitan Region are delivered within an estimated 2 to 7 business days.

Shipping Regions

For shipments to other regions, these are made through an international courier. We recommend contacting us before purchasing to evaluate the best shipping option for your destination. Shipments to other regions typically take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the location.

Order tracking

Once your purchase ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product weight.

Safe delivery

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure protection during shipping.


Returns and Exchanges

At Kasanoble, we want you to love every detail of your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request an exchange or return within 10 business days of receiving the product.

Conditions for return

The product must be unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging, tags, and complete accessories.

Returns are not accepted on personalized, custom-made, or worn products.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or arrived damaged.

Damaged or defective products

If upon receiving your order you notice any damage or manufacturing defect:

1. Write to us at kasanoblechile@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the problem, and photos of the product and its packaging.

3. We will evaluate the case and offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

1. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. The accreditation period may vary depending on the bank or issuing entity (approximately between 5 and 10 business days).
